We ship Monday through Friday via UPS, FedEx, or same-day messenger services.
Orders placed by 12pm are eligible for same-day shipping or delivery for items in stock and customization not needed.
Custom orders (cutting, scoring, foil stamping, etc.) may require extra time.
You’ll be notified if an item is out of stock—along with curated alternatives.
Please ensure all checkout information is accurate to avoid delays.
Shulman Paper is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers.
Returns
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Only unopened, pre-packaged items in resalable condition are eligible.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Returns are refunded as store credit, minus restocking and shipping.
Custom, repackaged, and mill-special orders are non-returnable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility—unless the item is defective or incorrect.
